Apple Shape
If you have an apple-shaped body, then your shoulders and bust are larger than your relatively narrow hips. It is also known as “top-heavy,” which means you have a broad torso, broad shoulders, and a full bust, waist, and upper back. Women with apple-shaped bodies also tend to have slimmer arms, legs, and hips. You also tend to gain weight in your upper body first then the rest.
The great styles are the V-neck and open necklines with statement jewellery pieces. You can also wear boot-cut jeans and flared low jeans with back pockets to give more definition to your hips. Try to wear outfits with “pops” of colour. Avoid wearing clothes that are tight-fitting.

Pear Shape
If you have large hips and a small bust, you have a pear-shaped body. You have wide hips and your waist can look beautiful if you dress the right way. For this shape, your fashion goal is to lengthen your figure and look less bulky(bottom-heavy). I would recommend clothing that shows off the waistline.
Try to choose a belted dress, a wrap dress, or A-line dresses that clearly define your waist along with an easy-fit skirt. Also, wear a push-up bra or a padded bra so that your upper and lower body look balanced.

Inverted Triangle Shape
You will know that you are an inverted triangle if your shoulders are wider than your hips. You have small hips and slim legs with wide shoulders.
I would recommend tops that have some shape around the waist and more open necklines, or clothing that shows the legs. To create more width and overall balance at the bottom, you can wear a dress or skirt that flares out at the bottom. Fitted tops will add balance to your shape but stay away from short sleeves or shoulder pads.
You can tell if your body is straight up and down with very little waste, and your shoulders and hips are the same widths. Like a rectangle, you want to create a waist with wrap dresses and belts.
I will probably point you towards smart use of fabric colours and patterns. Avoid wearing rigid and shapeless clothing. Also try some off-the-shoulder tops, tube dresses, and belted waists.

Hourglass Shape
One of the most common shapes of the female body is an hourglass. If your hips and bust are about the same size and you have a well-defined waist that is narrower than both, you are shaped like an hourglass.
Draw attention to your waist. You can wear a belted dress and a fitted dress is perfect to show off your figure especially your waist. I will recommend wearing high waisted trousers or skinny jeans.
